These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Oak Street Life website, including any content, features, products, and services offered through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

Oak Street Life provides wellness education and support services, which may include informational content, digital resources, and wellness consultations. Oak Street Life is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice or medical treatment.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Site and Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

All content on this Site is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Oak Street Life does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Nothing on this Site, and no consultation or communication through Oak Street Life, should be considered medical advice, a medical diagnosis, or a substitute for care from a licensed medical professional.

You are responsible for your own health decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition, symptoms, medications, supplements, devices, or treatment decisions.

Oak Street Life may offer consultations, education, recommendations, and general wellness guidance. Any suggestions or protocols discussed are not guaranteed to produce any specific outcomes. Results vary by individual and depend on many factors outside Oak Street Life’s control.

Oak Street Life may refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, including when a request falls outside the scope of educational wellness support.

The following terms apply:

Appointments may require advance booking. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when scheduling.

Fees (if any) are displayed at the time of booking or purchase. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Oak Street Life does not store full payment card information.

• Standard Policy (template): Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
   
• Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full appointment fee.
   

• Standard Policy (template): All sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
   
• If a refund is offered, it will be handled according to the written policy provided at checkout or in the booking confirmation.
   

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services. Some of these links may be affiliate links, meaning Oak Street Life may earn a commission if you click a link and make a purchase—at no additional cost to you.

Oak Street Life does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, policies, pricing, products, services, or any damages or losses related to your use of third-party websites or purchases from third parties. You should review third-party terms and privacy policies before engaging with them.

All Site content—such as text, graphics, logos, images, videos, downloads, and design elements—is owned by Oak Street Life or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view, print, or download content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

By submitting User Content, you grant Oak Street Life a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the content for business purposes, including marketing, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

Oak Street Life may remove User Content at any time for any reason.

Your use of the Site is also governed by the Oak Street Life Privacy Policy. 

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OAK STREET LIFE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

OAK STREET LIFE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OAK STREET LIFE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR SERVICES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OAK STREET LIFE’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO OAK STREET LIFE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Oak Street Life and its owners, affiliates, contractors, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Site or Services
   
• Your violation of these Terms
   
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
   
• Your User Content (if applicable)
   

Oak Street Life may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if Oak Street Life believes you have violated these Terms or used the Site unlawfully.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.

Oak Street Life may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bandera, Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
   
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Oak Street Life regarding the Site.
   
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
   
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without written consent; Oak Street Life may assign its rights as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
